J.A.G. STORE POLICIES:
PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks will be accepted, but there will be a 10-day clearing period before your order will ship.
SHIPPING: Orders will ship within 2-3 business days unless paid by check. We ship throughout the entire United States, via standard UPS Ground Service. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box #. A street address is necessary.
RETURNS: J.A.G. Carpet Wholesalers, Inc. understands that there are many reasons a product may not work out for a customer. We have a liberal return policy on most items, except on our carpet runners & bathroom carpet, which are custom-cut to your specific sizes. If you need to return an item for any reason, please do the following:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of product at ( 718 ) 740-4900 or by fax at ( 718 ) 740-4911.
2. All returns must be approved and the customer must get an authorization # before returning. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

4. Smaller items are usually returned by the customer by either UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are at customer’s cost.
5. For larger sized items, you may contact us and we will send out a call tag for UPS to pick up the item prepaid. The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. This method might be a little more expensive than if you ship the item direct. This is not always the most reliable method.
6. When the product is received by us, your credit card will be refunded for the full purchase price of the product only. In cases where we have prepaid the return charges, that amount will be deducted from your refund. If you have paid by check, we will send out a refund check upon receipt of merchandise.
