Orders will ship within 2-3 business days. We ship throughout the entire United States, via standard UPS Ground Service. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box #. A street address is necessary.
J.A.G. Carpet & Rugs understands that there are many reasons a product may not work out for a customer. Please be aware that colors may vary slightly on our products photos to the actual merchandise. We have a liberal return policy on most items, except on our carpet runners, & Bathroom Carpets which are custom-cut to your specific sizes, therefore generally are not returnable. But if we do approve a return there is a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund in addition to the outgoing Handling charge from the purchase. The return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. If you need to return an item for any reason, please do the following:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of product at 718 / 740-4900 or by fax at 718-740-4911.
2. All returns must be approved and the customer must get an authorization # before returning. Customer will be responsible for all handling charges on the purchase & return shipping charges incurred for the return.

4. Smaller items are usually returned by the customer by either UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are at customer’s cost.
5. For larger sized items, you may contact us and we will send out a call tag for UPS to pick up the item prepaid. The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. This method might be a little more expensive than if you ship the item direct. This is not always the most reliable method.
6. When the product is received by us, your credit card will be refunded for the full purchase price of the product only. In cases where we have prepaid the return charges, that amount will be deducted from your refund. If you have paid by check, we will send out a refund check upon receipt of merchandise.
